Planting our Future

On Tuesday 16th March the Eco Team, led by Mr Newham and Mrs Madden, joined forces with two other schools to plant over 700 tree saplings in Heartwood Forest, near St Albans.

This was part of an initiative created by The Woodland Trust to invest in our future by planting over 16,000 trees in the next 5 years. These trees will outlive us all and benefit future generations to come.

Thank you to the Action Team, the Recycling Team and the Gardening Society for their outstanding contribution to such a worthwhile cause.
