Rion Pierre - 100 metre sprinter
Children spent the morning doing circuit training exercises with Rion Pierre. Rion won a Bronze and Gold medal for Great Britain last year. The day started with children from all classes doing exercises and circuit training which was sponsored. This then led into a talk about healthy eating and sporty living. But, the greatest fun was had when children and staff alike(!) raced Rion. The children bet him in some races and even our Mr Palmer couldn’t catch up!
